This place really deserves zero stars. How does one achieve 5 stars while conducting themselves unprofessionally and treating customers (especially women) with disrespect? Logically, it doesn’t add up that the owner is rated 5 stars here. Long story short, my wife called in to get a quotation regarding wheel replacements; as she explained her needs, Johnny (the owner) talked over her continuously without letting her finish her request. I believe this is called mansplaining, and it ain’t cool. Without regard, his tone quickly turned cold, and instead of trying to understand her needs, he raised his voice telling her his office is closing and to call back tomorrow. Needless to say, my recommendation is to find a shop with superior customer service because you won’t find it here.

*THEY DO STAR SMOG CHECK HERE* I went in for a DMV required Smog Check. George was the guy I talked to and took care of me. Super cool. Very old school way about him but not rude or harsh. Friendly enough. He even explains to you what they test for and asks the Right questions before you spend your money and Fail the test. The Cost, is the lowest and best I’ve ever seen and can find in the entire area. They get you in and get you out on your way. Definitely going back to this guy and referring everyone I know. I can’t comment on their actual mechanical work, but I can tell you he was very pleasant to talk to over the phone when speaking to another customer.
