I have used State Farm for a long time now, and they offer fantastic bundles and discounts. Also, Sherri Rohde (Customer Care Specialist) is fantastic and reminds me every time I forget to make a payment, which has saved me several times. She's also incredibly responsive when I have a question and a very lovely person in general. Always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! :)

I have been with State Farm for many years and I have to say landing at the Kelly Lux agency has been phenomenal. Her staff goes above and beyond to help me, in particular Kelcey has always helped me with questions and payments and explaining all my bills and coverages. Kelly is lucky to have her. I recommend the office for any insurance needs, they have your best interest always.

I have been a happy customer of State Farm since I got my first job many, many years ago. I have been pleased to have Kelly Lux as my agent since my original agent retired several years ago. I have known Tiffany Palmer for many years, and she has been a tremendous help in keeping my insurance needs organized and appropriate for my needs. Tiffany has gone FAR above and beyond in helping with policies which require an audit, and she has taken the initiative to remind me when I have forgotten to pay a bill. Tiffany has always been easily available, easy to work with, and always is willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend Tiffany Palmer and Kelly Lux with State Farm- they will take good care of your needs.
