We have worked with Bernadette for many years and she is excellent. We just received our annual homeowners insurance renewal policy and with Bernadette's assistance and guidance using the State Farm Replacement cost estimator process we were able to reduce our annual policy vs. what we paid last year and also increased our coverage on our homeowners policy. Bernadette's been our go to person for years with all our policies, she's been working in the insurance industry since she was 18. She is truly charismatic, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and personable. Even better she cares to help people and is so genuine. My husband and I always enjoy talking to her. We're staying with the Rich Castro group!

Bernadette is wonderful every time I call with a question. So upbeat and remembers who I am, gets me my answer quickly. Great customer service from her.

Melissa Muzzi - Thank you Melissa for being so helpful when I called for information, options and quotes to add another auto to my policies for an adult child. You explained so clearly the benefits and costs if added as an additional vehicle or a separate policy in her name, and the costs for different levels of coverage. Especially appreciate how responsive you were - getting that information we discussed emailed back to me within hours. It turns out she had been looking too, and chose another provider for her new auto....but you still thanked me as a many year State Farm client of Rich's office, and for the opportunity to give service. So often customer service falls short and not with you. It was great speaking with you that day - so thank you again.
