Would Recommend 110%. Had just gotten the keys to a new place, and the carpets, despite having been cleaned twice before, still smelled horribly like pet urine. I called to find out pricing and get the earliest appointment they had, and they were able to make an appointment for the next morning! Brian and Kristin were great to work with: professional, friendly, and we were given realistic expectations for the carpet. All in all, extremely satisfied with the service they provided. We had pet soiled carpets throughout the entire house, to the point we figured wed have to replace all the carpeting. We called Advanced Chem-Dry, and spoke to Bryan. He came out the next day to treat the carpets, and exceeded our expectations. Our carpets came out fantastic! The pet soils and foul stench was gone. Advanced Chem-Dry saved us thousands in having to replace our carpets. 10/10 would recommend. Services: General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal
