        Representative there was unable to transfer account ownership from my mom to myself. She said "we can't do that in the stores," after being told from T-Mobile on the phone to take care of it in-store. We went to the T-Mobile off of Shaw in Clovis, and they were able to do the transfer without issue. She didn't even try.
