The lady was really nice. I needed a same day dress alteration and she did it for me. I brought in a $15 maxi dress and asked her to just make it shorter. Nothing fancy at all. I made the mistake of not asking for the price ahead of time, and when I picked up the dress they charged me $30 for the alteration. I'm used to places charging $10 maximum for alterations like this, so I expected the same. I was referred to this place because it was the only place who would have it done the same day like I needed, but I will never bring anything else here especially after reading the other reviews. This was extremely overpriced to say the least, especially for a two year old dress that originally only cost me $15.

This is the sister company to Club Cleaners on Figarden Dr. I do not recommend anyone to this facility at all. They are complete liars, especially when it comes to pricing and when your items will be ready. I went there today to get my alteration back because this is where they send them to. The lady when I walked in knew I was there she just wanted to pretend to play stupid. I know plaque/tarter mouth Erica (Figarden store) called her before I got there. WORST place ever. And to think they are the only cleaners in the world! Chile please.

They lost my $80 pants.
I don't buy expensive things, for fear of it being ruined, or for this reason.
I will never go back there.
