        Have had heels of shoes repaired here & was pleased. Just had my Via Spiga $400 boots resouled & VERY disappointed. Waited 1 wk & 1/2 to pick up. I drove back 3 times. Never a call to let me know they wouldn't be ready as they promised. Then had to send back as the soul wasn't smoothed out nicely. Again never a call. After 3 wks just picked up. Very shabby job. I've been a loyal customer for years. Never again. After the 3rd visit I was told I'd get some of my money back. I got nothing. My boots look more damaged than repaired.
