They really trying their best to help me with my grandson Easter suit. I'm thankful for the help. He's really slim, and the suit is slim. More has to be taken up and they came through for us. Blessings

Worst customer of any business. Called to inquire hem on a pair of jean and asked the guy how long it will take. He yells at me for no f.. reason. Don't give these people business. They will never appreciate your business.

The lady who altered my jumpsuit is super sweet and friendly. She went above and beyond. They have reasonable prices for alterations. I will definitely be back :)

Went in with my niece with dress in hand to ask if we can alter dress by adding corset to back. Was told no. Which was fine not all tailoring offer those services. But then asked if she what any recommendations or knew of any other places, was told no. Ok no big deal I asked if she had any advice she could give me if I were to alter it myself as I had a sewing machine, the lady said no. But did not even try to look at me or the dress itself. I asked if it was ok if she took my nieces measurements so in the future we may later order a dress online, the lady was not helpful and turned away. I asked if she could at least take her measurements and was ignored. I said thank you and went on my way. [I called around and was able to get an appointment with another tailor in town and they were very accommodating (Cinderella Cellar). We were told what we needed and what needed to be ordered in order to alter the dress. It would cost $180 but at least it would be done right and color of corset would match. And not only that she took my nieces measurements.] It was not that this establishment didn't offer the services that I am upset about; it was the dismissal of the customers as I don't think it was unreasonable to ask to be measured at a tailor shop. What's sad was I went to this store previously to hem my brides maid dress. No issues prior. It's a matter of professionalism and courtesy and we were not treated well.
