Russell Letsinger is the absolute mirror image of a full blown con artist, thief and liar. Representing himself as a "contractor" and claiming to have a "license" Well, the only license this individual has or...had is a business license. No license that has anything to do with construction or remodeling. He is a " handy man" . Sadly he was hired by my lender and the lender made an unlawful mistake by paying Letsinger over $7,000.00 in advance of which nothing was done. No materials bought...nothing. .letsinger, you have lied, misrepresented yourself fully. Your a thief who has no conscious what so ever and fully knowing and at one point even stating...your intent was to.collect.the payment and not do the job. Karma is ugly...and it will catch up.to you . You can only run so long and I'm quite sure.your very aware of this.
