I have been with Noble Credit Union for many many years, they are the greatest, I would never think of going to another bank. I will be with Noble credit union for the rest of my life.

Honestly i dont even know where to start with how bad my experience was. I was with this bank for 15 years. 5 years ago i divorced my husband and went to the bank to get a seperate account and to remove myself off of my joint account. since my ex and i were not speaking the bank said we could sign seperatly to remove myself from account. 5 YEARS LATER... I get a call from the bank about a check they cleared for check $5000 after only two days of holding that balanced on exes account. First of all I have never had a check clear in 2 days with this bank when cashing anything over $2000. They allowed him to cash the check and it bounced. Whith eveidence of my divorce, moving new account, new morgage...not reciving one piece of mail, alert, email, invoice regarding this old account with my name still on it that they never removed. The manager of the bank then said that he would speak to vice president about this issue. he later called me back and said that even though it was a bank mistake they needed to go after someone and i was the easiest route. so now my bank that i trusted to hold my hard earned money for me and my child that i support finacially ALONE has not olny not removed my name from this old account but is now holding me finacially responsible for a person that has nothing to do with our lives for years. not oly that but they also closed and stole what money i had in my personal account. Do not trust this bank or thier staff. They do not hold people to the same standards for cashing checks and they will do whatever it takes to cover their mistakes even by hurting inocent people in the wake of things. You have been warned!!! Edit: I would like to say that this experience was at the Noble credit Union on Figarden loop in Fresno.Someone responded to this review 1/3/2024 and said they were going to look into this, and I have yet to hear back from anyone or so much as an apology. This story needs to be put out there. I know I am not the only one who has gone throgh something like this. A news outlet would be a great option to warn others.
