        For the second time in a row, I had no access to my funds while overseas on vacation, despite taking the time to walk in and specifically tell them where I was going. Instead of got fraud alerts via phone that I was unable to receive until I returned. Not sure why I wasted my time trying to prevent this from happening (again). Its the reason Ive already withdrawn about 90% of my savings from this bank.

        Jalissa immediately called me to her teller window as soon as I entered the branch , didnt wait for me to go through the que. She was efficient, asked if theres anything else she could do and thanked me after the transaction.
