        Was unable to have a proper appointment due to misinformation given about my insurance even though I scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience due to lack of communication and unprofessionalism. I hope the person who makes insurance calls gets additional assistance in their department, as they are overworked.
