Got referred for a RCT for my 13 year old daughter. Show up for a consultation blinds are pulled from floor to ceiling the open sign is flashing & the door is locked. Call no one answers, so I knock louder on the door, a man comes out with a neck fan on, I give him our appointment information he says OK go back inside and locks the door. After a few minutes he comes back out tries to hand me a clipboard of new patient information to fill out in my car, tells me I will not be allowed to accompany my daughter inside the office for an x-ray or treatment. I didnt tell him that my daughter is a minor and because the door is locked I will not be sending her in alone, he tells me these are Covid regulations. I told him I wasnt OK with sending my daughter into a locked office alone with him. I then let him know we will not be being seen there today and left. This day and age I feel it is 100% not safe to send my minor child into a locked office with a man, Ive been to many dental as well as medical offices and even with Covid protocols parents are able to accompany their minor children into the office. I would highly recommend or rethinking making appointments or being seen at this office!

Highly recommend. They did good work had my root canal done in less then an hour with no complications. Dr Torres is great and his assistants are nice and friendly, they made sure I was comfortable.

I have called this place for two weeks straight left 6 voicemails I never get any call back no one ever answers the phone I blew it up for a straight hour this place is the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered is there a place to report this place? if so please provide me the number it got to be some type of malpractice when they are being referred urgent cases and don't bother returning the calls or getting the patients in
