these people are scam artists. do not get into bed with these people. they will charge whatever they feel like whenever they feel like. if you try to cancel they put you on hold forever and say there account manager isn't there just give the runaround to make it harder to cancel so they can steal more money from you. do not do this I promise you will regret

We came in for my daughter. Britney greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and checked us in. She offered water while we waited which was nice. Then Roberto came and got us to start the 3D scan. He was very professional and made us feel very comfortable with everything he was doing. He answered all of our questions and even made us laugh. Great experience. Can’t wait to have to smile she always wanted from Smile Direct Club, Fresno!

It was a bit difficult to find the place tucked away in the dark and edgy strip mall that concealed it, but once inside, the ease and cleanliness of the office stripped all worries away. I was quickly greeted and offered water before starting the registration process. Ashley was friendly and engaging and made the whole experience the perfect blend of informational, professional, and congenial. I left with a bag of goodies, ready to start my “Journey.”
