Alicia Dias is phenomenal. I have worked with her personally as my agent for MANY years with zero intention of ever leaving her.
I went through a bank to refinance my car loan, and as any insurance agent would, alicia required my WRITTEN consent to change a lienholder on my insurance. As a result, the bank agent Brenda Castro left my insurance agent an undeserved 1 star review. Alicia did EXACTLY as I would expect any professional holding my car, life, and home insurance through to do. If you're questioning trusting your insurance with anyone, Alicia is absolutely the person to go through.

I had a mishap with our other insurance, and it was dropped without our knowledge. Then, in what seemed to be hoop after hoop to jump through to get insured again. I opted to get a second opinion, and went to Alicia. She made it all so easy! I spoke with her on the phone for about 30-45 minutes, and she had all of my information input in a new plan that best suited our family. She was very knowledgable, and had a few recommendations on coverage, and how to save money as well. I dropped by her office the next day, and in thirty minutes it was all done and I was on my way with a smile and a gift bag. Later that day, I texted Alicia with I had about providing proof of my new insurance, and within a few minutes, she emailed me and the company that needed it with the proof of insurance. This was so difficult before, and Alicia knew her stuff, and got us insured quickly and painlessly. I so appreciate her, even though I just started working with her.

I happened upon Alicia Diaz because I was looking for a second quote on auto and home insurance. We had been with a broker for the past 15 years, and somehow my insurance was dropped because the auto pay did not go through. So we found ourselves without insurance. Our broker was asking us to apply for a new policy, and to fill out a ton of paperwork, and drive it across town. It seemed like a lot of effort on my part, and I really didn't know if I was getting a fair price or good coverage. So I called Alicia to see what she could tell me, only as a comparison. Alicia asked if I had 15 minutes to answer a few questions, and she input all of my information on the spot. She had specific recommendations about my coverage, and she clearly knew what she was doing. She even asked me random questions about our home and property, because when we bundled several things together, we got a lower rate- insuring more for less money. At the end of it, with Farmers Insurance and the policy that Alicia had put together, we would be saving a good amount of money. The day after I called her, I was signing papers in her office for our coverage- and it was anything but difficult on my end. She offered me a cappuccino, and had a place for my kids to preoccupy themselves (art, stuffed animals, a doll house!) while I was there. I didn't wait at all, and Alicia and her team made it a seamless and fun experience. I could tell her employees enjoyed working for her, which confirmed what I had thought about her character.She took my mess of a situation and took care of everything we needed. She made my life so much easier, simply because she is thorough, and excellent at what she does. And she is super friendly and fun to be around, which is huge.   She also told me that I could text her and reach her anytime, that was the benefit of having a personal agent. Well, we put that to the test last weekend when our car was broken into after a Giants game. I texted her at 10pm, and she got back to me right away, even helped walk me through setting up an appointment online with a repair service. She told me if I couldn't get an appt soon, to let her know because there was a local place she'd worked with that may be able to get me in. She checked in with me about it, and when I told her I couldnt get an appointment, she called the local glass repair shop, gave them all my information, and all I had to do was call them to confirm the date and time I preferred. I told my husband she is a boss- she multitasks, and gets the job done thoroughly and efficiently. And I tell Alicia that she is in the business of making my life easier! I would absolutely recommend Alicia to anyone who wants a smart, thorough, caring, genuine person as their insurance agent, to make that aspect of your life much easier and pleasant. Since when is insurance pleasant? Since Alicia.
