Ready tech Auto repair

Hector and Danny were able to figure the issue out with my brakes not fully working after being replaced. I was very thankful. However they took it upon themselves to remove my grill to my H3 Hummer. I did not give them permission to do so. And every time I've asked for it. The response was it was broken so they removed it to help me. Regardless of how my grill was they should NOT HAVE taken it off to begin with. That's not a mechanical issue. Its wrong in so many ways. Its been month's and and all I want is what belongs to me! I have texts to prove Danny refuses to return my grill to me and will use it to file a report.

Hector and Danny were super nice and professional, they are the ones that helped me out with my vehicle. They returned it to me in a timely manner and even took the time to clean the tires, the headlights, and wipe down under my hood. I appreciated that they took the time to do that.
