Innovative Medical Center

Very disappointing.....my fiancé had an appointment, she said she waited in a closed room for 37/minutes. Now, she doesnt mind waiting for a bit but come on! 37 MINUTES?? Not to mention, this place prides themselves on having a NO WAIT POLICY, could have fooled her. Then to add insult to injury, she said finally the doctor, Dr. Rowland showed up to greet her for a split second before disappearing out of the room only to be heard yelling at what seemed to be an employee. He finally returned and She was met by an agitated and extremely rude provider, not to mention the attention she got for her issue was short and disappointing to say the least. I can only speak for my fiancé and I when I say that will be the last visit. Perhaps, you may have better luck, or maybe she just caught this place on a bad day. I suppose you can roll the dice!

The staff at IMC is always very pleasant to patients and to one another. This is a very enjoyable feature of this place! Please tell your friends about this chiropractic practice!
