Hello Valerie Rooters,We are disappointed to see that you made a new negative review with new & false allegations that are not true at all right after you mentioned in person that you were satisfied and told our service manager that we are all on the same page now after visiting your home on 2/22 as a courtesy to better explain a issue that was found by our plumber on 2/13 that you did not initially understand. You also asked us to install a faucet that you purchased from Home Depot and we did at no charge since our service manager was there to follow up on your initial complaint of a tub leaking as a courtesy although it was originally diagnosed correctly in the first place due to a sloped tub with no shower doors causing the water to run down the tub & onto the floor. You went as far as commenting to our service manager that you removed your initial negative review as you were satisfied with the resolution. You also tried to hire us again during the same visit to install your shower doors until we advised that we do not perform this service before thanking our team before going on our way on. You comment on honesty and accuse us of being “shady” however it feels like you led us to believe that you were satisfied with our service manager’s visit & explanation of your issue and took advantage of our kindness as you initially attacked the reputation of our company to get a free service from us during your second courtesy visit to re-explain your first diagnostic.We are a locally owned and operated business serving Fresno for over 20 years with an overall great reputation as you can see by our loyal customers across Google & Yelp. We are a diverse company that does not discriminate and strongly believe in treating everyone equal. We take your allegations seriously and do not appreciate the dishonest & racial remarks towards our staff as we were more than fair with you in aim to make you feel re-assured & satisfied with our company. We agree that possibly we might not be a fit for you however we wish you the best of luck with your next service & repair company.
