Amir Dehlan - Real Estate

We have used realtors quite a few times in the past. Amir by far made this the easiest sale we've ever had. Our property went up for sale the very day the interest rates started up. It was on the market for 6 months without selling before we teamed with Amir. When Amir and his mother came on board, they had open houses and worked aggressively to sell my mother's home. They responded to all my phone calls at all hours of the day and evenings and weekends. Without a doubt, they would be our first "Go To" realtors. At the very end of the escrow, we were out of state and had one more thing that needed to be fixed in the house that we forgot to do before leaving. He went to Lowes and purchased what was needed and fixed it himself the day before closing. Thank you so much Amir.
