AT&T Store

Both OMAR AND OWNER are scammers/liars. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Avoid this scam headquarter. OMAR was buttery smooth talker when I had to get a new phone in a hurry, but turned out to be a complete liar on my first bill. It showed very different figures. Unlike he said, my trade in did not qualify and just found out my plan doesn't even have free phone option when I called ATT. GET WHAT HE CLAIMS ON PAPER and READ before any transaction. He said printer wasn't working even when I saw it working minutes ago. Card number was stolen recently and it just might be this guy. If one guy at store is lying this heavy and not get fired, why would and how can you trust anyone else in the store. Be careful, and don't repeat my mistake. By the time you realize you're scammed. return period of 14 days is gone.

Omar is the best ATT manager ever. He is courteous, kind and friendly. Great knowledge. You have a great employee. Give him a big fat raise or you'll lose him.

I went in because my phone was defective and I had to get a replacement. My touch wouldn't work at all so I honestly gave up trying to transfer all my files but Omar went beyond to help me with my phone and I was able to get all my contacts, photos, and everything else that I needed from my old phone. I've been living in Fullerton for 10+ years and met with many other AT&T associates. I can say for sure that Omar has been the best and I honestly come to this location more for his service. The location is kind of hidden since it's located between Starbucks and Rubios at TC so I wish it was more in the open so that people can see that this store exists. Overall, 10/10 for Omar's expertise and service!!

Kim L. at the att Amerige Center in Fullerton was a great representative for your company. Great customer service, went above and beyond to help me fix my camera on my phone. She was patient and knowledgeable on all your products and services.
