Weve gone with Purdy twice now and cannot recommend their services enough. They were quick to respond and clearly demonstrated the issue. They spent as much time on the clean up as they did on the repair and if anything, it looks better than it did before. Thanks, Purdy!

Unfortunately, instead of working, or bettering the community around them, the owner here would rather use their company time and social media telling others to go play in traffic when he doesnt agree with you. Lots of other great plumbing services around who are better off with your business, instead of these guys.

We got a fast (under 2 hours, maybe closer to 1) response, professional explanations of the problem from Nick(?), and a fair price that probably can't be beat. Big thumbs up from me and we will call again.

I made an appointment 1 week ago and was given a 10 am - 12 pm window for a toilet install. The price seemed reasonable but that was the only plus. Received a confirmation phone call the day before. Then the service went to unreliable, unresponsive, excuse filled, waste of time. I called them at 12:20 pm to see when they were to arrive. I was told they were finishing the other joband would be here shortly. Over promise and under deliver. The only reason there is 1 star is because I cant leave ZERO stars. Wasted an entire day- which is my only day off waiting for nothing. Would not recommend.

I highly recommend this family owned company. Ryan was awesome ! He went beyond my expectations of assistance. I appreciate him and his staff at the office who helped me with a good quote.
