I just recently got a membership and started going to this location because it was most convenient for me. Really disappointed with how unorganized and unprofessional the front desk staff is. They never wear their masks but ask the tenants who work in the public space to. I am all for following the rules but not OK when the people enforcing them do not. They are not helpful and don't even know what the different membership levels are. I reserved a private workspace and when I came in to check in to it there weren't any open. They are very loud and it is hard to work in the common space at the front when you first come in unless you have headphones. Will be cancelling my membership.

This has become my favorite WeWork in the LA area! The vibe & atmosphere is always great. Hannah & Amali are amazing!! I’d recommend this location to my friends & family
