BEWARE FAKE REVIEWS. Please notice that almost all, if not all, positive reviews for this apartment mention someone in particular. This is because the staff here will ask you to write a positive review if you have Any positive interaction with them at all - of course most people are nice and want to help people out. I understand this is common practice and don't blame anyone for this, but I hope to have other people avoid the experience I have had here and so will write an honest review:
This place is very old, the insulation between upper and lower units is terrible. If you have loud/rude neighbors, you are screwed.
In addition, we have dealt with Cockroaches - two kinds! - and now carpet beetles in less than a year of living in an apartment here. The appliances are old as well, and our fridge doesn't work well and requires constant maintenance. Washing machine smells of old sewage and management will not pay to clean it properly or replace it - we literally have to wash our clothes in dirty water.
They turn units over as quickly as possible, we moved into a unit that had not even been cleaned properly in addition to many, many things that were either damaged or not move-in ready. Save yourself the headache, move somewhere else

Such a well maintained, tranquil, beautiful complex. Cameron is amazing! He is so pleasant, patient, and understanding in allowing us to tour the property multiple times. He was also extremely helpful in walking us through the application process. Thank you Cameron!!!

Where do I begin? Cameron! You are truly an amazing human! My husband and I are so grateful that he was the one to help us out with getting our apartment at the summit! Not only did he secure us the BEST unit in the building, but he guided us through the entire process. Every promise he made us, he saw through and fulfilled. He was truly so happy for us and showed how happy he was to help us. Most people show little to no interest and only want to do the bare minimum, but believe me when I tell you Cameron will go above and beyond to help anyone out just to see them smile and happy. Even now, any questions we have he replies in less than a minute a guides us through what we need to do. Cameron, thank you again for everything you have done, we appreciate you so so much!!! May you continue to make all future families that move into the summit as happy as you have made us!
Also, Art the maintenance guy is absolutely amazing as well and very helpful. Whatever issues we had with the apartment prior to moving in, he came and fixed everything in 5 minutes and everything has been great since then. Truly a great team here at the summit.

We just moved in and everything went so smoothly. Cameron really helped us out a lot and the maintenance staff are super kind too. The school district is pretty fantastic and the neighbours seems very nice.
