        I went into the store to order my food. The employees were nice, no issue there. But when I left I realised that the side I ordered was not in my bag. I used the number online to try and contact the branch, but it's automated service did not have an option to speak to anybody without it being tied to an online order. When I tried this they said it would be a longer than average wait time, but after a few minutes of this I was hung up on. Very bad system if you need to reach them without going all the way back into a mall and finding parking, to head back I person. Annoyed that there is no contact to fix the charge as well.
