        Awesome business! Had 3 jackets embroiled here! The definition and border looked very good! Really impressed! Really fast return time and they are also very good with communicating! They are also a VERY honest business where they realized that they already had the temple I wanted, they called me and refunded me! Other business would have pocketed the money! Highly recommend this shop!

        We have lived in Glendale for over 50 years and we went here twice before they moved and the service for embroidery (one) was fine, simple, not the cheapest. Sure they have been in business for years and might know what they are doing but not as good as they use to be. We have given one of our foundations job and one simple job for our son and it could not have been worse. They have turn over employees that don't care or not knowledgable, they don't care about small jobs , took forever for someone to get back to us or pick up the phone. Horrible experience, found a couple places right there that all of our groups use now. Will never be back.
