Covina Valley Chem-Dry has been cleaning our carpets and furniture for over 10 years providing excellent customer service each and every time. They are always on-time, professional, trustworthy, and do an excellent job. Richard is very knowledgeable about carpet and is always willing to answer our questions and provide insightful input. A few years ago we had an issue with cat urine. He was able to effectively take care of the issue and save us from having to replace our carpeting. Thanks Richard and Vicki for providing such excellent service!!!

We have been using Covina Valley ChemDry for about 14 years now and have been very satisfied with the service they have provided for us on our carpet & upholstery. The employees are always professional and courteous, and the company always sends me a reminder card every six months to a year, to let us know it's time again.
