Edible Arrangements

This location is temporarily closed. I placed an order online on May 29 for a June 4 delivery which was never received. Although I received a confirmation and my credit card was charged there was no delivery. Their number is out of order and when I tried the email contact is said it did not recognize my order number. I called the customer service number posted on their door and held for nearly 15 minutes without an answer. While I understand that things are challenging right now I would simply ask the business to update their website to reflect the fact that they are closed so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Ordered my mother's day gift for my mom in California in April. She was supposed to receive it yesterday. She never got it. I called and the number appears to be disconnected. My credit card was charged. Do NOT order from this location. Very disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!! I placed my order last week for delivery yesterday. I kept checking the tracking all day and no changes. I finally called the store in the afternoon and the number is disconnected. At that point I knew my arrangement would never be delivered. I'm not sure why Edible Arrangments website even allows this store to be an option. I don't even know if they are opened or if they just need to get it together including a working number! Currently working on how to get a refund so beware.

did not deliver and their phone says it's out of service. they did manage to charge my credit card. shameful.

They put spices on my chocolate covered strawberries in the fruit arrangement I ordered for Valentine's Day. I didn't order it that way and the manager refused to refund my order. Very disappointing Valentine's Day. Never again will I order from this store.
