Best dealership no messing around, best deal in so cal ,any car you want to buy, or got my second car, James is so helpful and nice OK I even trade in my car for really good price. I had to change my review after new owner. No customer service, no more good deal. Auto service people don't want to their job because not making money since the car under warranty or complementary oil change.

Buyer beware!! They charge you for fake services when buying a new car. The nitrogen filled tires is bogus, my tire pressure changes by 6 psi or more. The paint protection is also bogus... The roof of my car is full of water stains...my driver's door has buffing wheel marks probably from lot damage. When giving them a bad survey they tried to buy my survey score with roof cross bars. The customer service is on point. In the service department Anthony was very helpful and does as is expected of him then takes it two steps further to make sure you get that extra feeling of satisfaction. The women Mrs. Ochoa is also professional and exceeds in customer service. We'll be bringing our three Hyundai,s in to them instead of Ontario

Had a recall preformed on a 2012 Hyundai Veloster stick 1.6L 4 cylinder non-turbo. Hyundai messed up on the piston design on various 4 cylinders, so be careful what engines you get. Research! Or get a Toyota. No piston slap or knock with them. 😂 Regardless, the service manager was stalling on a loaner car. After 3 days of this non-sense, I called in and had the chance to talk to the new GM Joe. Here’s where things get better; Joe told me he’d be able to fix me into a loaner no problem, and got me into a brand new 2022 Santa Fee that he converted into a loaner off the show floor. Really appreciate Joe and Izik for their help!
