I would like to start by saying that Carol seems very nice. This review is regarding my treatment with her recently.
Carol did a treatment session with me to "permanently" remove hair. I have had electrolysis many times (Somewhere else) and I am very familiar with the process. She epilated very few hairs. She mostly tweezed(plucked) majority of them. I know what the difference is between tweezing and epilating. No current (heat) was applied to the follicle on most hairs. So with that ,I wasted my money. She did not wear gloves!! YIKES!! I was so dissatisfied, that I will not return to her. In addition to the above atrocity, she talked the whole time NON STOP! The above is very alarming. Not only the sanitation of not wearing gloves, but tweezing the unwanted hair make it grow back thicker and courser. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, I gave her another chance....Same issues.
I did not address the above issues at the time of either appointment due to to wanted to argue and ,again, giving the benefit of the doubt.
This is not acceptable. Anyone who has not had electrolysis previously will not know this is not how this procedure works. I feel like she just took my money.
