I was very nervous and not so confident since it has been some time since I have done a CPR course. By the end of my CPR and First-aid Training I definitely feel more comfortable and confident! The instructor was great, he was very helpful with answering my questions I needed clarity on and was able to accommodate my visual learning needs. I would have to say that if you have trouble understanding what you read and watching videos this program is for you if you need visual and real Scenarios.

Couldn't have asked for a better instructor. He made it interesting and memorable. I hope I never have to use it but I am so glad I reviewed it again. Maybe next time I need to do it in a year instead of two. I was talking to a couple of my clients about it the next day. Some of the new ideas helped them too.
