My boyfriend owns an Ice business and this company was scamming us so badly that most wouldnt believe our story. We set them up with a perfectly working box only thing we did was trip the power. They sent us 1400 bill. Now they know we know. And all of u should know. Read message from the absolute biggest player in the industry. Next I will copy n paste 2 separate text from 2 separate repair people that came and finally fixed their fraud
I replaced the defrost timer. Just 200 that includes parts and labor. Fyi not sure who else has doje work on your boxes but they honestly the parts they use are not the proper ones who ever u used before they only do temporary fixes
From repairman:
Out of Freon.
Had to put compr start components in to get it to run. Probably needs a new capillary tube. Partially clogged. Compressor is from 2003.
How much they want for it.
Seriously doubt they had $1600 worth of work done to it unless they got ripped off.
To respond to owners response. Yes its your company. You know exactly who my boyfriend is. I personally guarantee he was the only ice company that ever used your criminal service. Only one other ice company around and they are the ones that fixed everything and set up the last box with camera. So who else could it be? Still lying
