Whew! Good dentist. I’m finally a little better than I was when I was in grade school about dentists, but not by much inwardly. This dentist understands, works to put me at my ease, and is a good doctor.

Best dentist I've ever been to hands down! And I've been to dozens, he pulled a tooth that no other dentist wanted to do and he did it in 15 mind from the time I walked in the door, no pain no nothing, Today I had a filling on a front tooth in 30 mins. No pain not even from the 3 shots I got or the drilling. This will be my full time dentist for sure...thank you Dr cox for a pleasant visit everytime!!

Dr Allen Cox is an absolute life saver and one of the best dentists I have ever been to! I was visiting Gualala for my wedding anniversary when I had a sudden gum/tooth infection and overwhelming amount of pain strike me. We were far from home and just beginning our trip so I called the nearest dentist in the area. Dr Cox had a fully booked schedule for the day but after explaining my crazy pain and predicament, he managed to squeeze me in between appointments within just a few hours. And thank goodness he did because it turned out I had a cracked molar and serious gum infection from it! His team was so sweet, accommodating, knowledgeable, and considerate while there. He prescribed me antibiotics and pain medicine to get me through the weekend and set me up with a specialist for when I got back home. That weekend he called me several times (even on his days off) to make sure I was still doing okay. I have never had such above and beyond dental care and I felt like Dr Cox truly cared about my outcome, despite me being a visiting patient. If I lived in the area, I would 100% make him my primary care dentist and I truly cannot recommend him enough.
