        A gorgeous Japanese maple tree came in that I put on layaway. Absolute specimen of a tree. I put it on lay away due to it’s hefty price tag of $600. 2 weeks later I came in to purchase said tree just to be told that it was sold. I’m just incredibly disappointed that I didn’t get to add that magnificent tree to my collection. Why would you tell someone it’s on lay away and then sell it? The world may never know.

        I had my lawn whacked by the landscaping side of Gualala nursery and I’m absolutely unsatisfied. The lawn tech left many tufts of grass which drives my OCD crazy. Never again.

        Incredibly rude staff. Having a conversation to pass the time while checking out and I was told that they “didn’t have time” to chat for 5 min while the entire check out experience takes that long anyway. Will never shop here again.
