AAI Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair

Bob and Chuck did an excellent job. They came to my truck/trailer (on a Saturday) within 30 minutes. I had a unique problem that I explained on the phone. They came with the right tools and a plan. They took their time to make sure it was fixed properly and the cost was reasonable.

I never met Pete in person but my dad was stranded off the 5 freeway near Gustine on a Sunday morning. My dad was on his way to Clearlake from Los Angeles with his van, trailer in tow and 2 big dogs. He had been driving all night long and was exhausted. He tried fixing the van himself but ultimately, his exhaustion got the best of him by 5pm that day. I felt helpless in Los Angeles so I did some Googling and called AAI. Pete picked up right away and I asked if he could go see my dad. I did't tell my dad I was sending help since he can be stubborn. I sent Pete a pic of my dads location and Pete showed up within 20 minutes. My dad was surprised to see someone coming to help and was ultimately grateful. Pete did everything to help my dad and got him back on the road the next day (due to waiting for a part). Pete was always very communicative and always answered the phone. And his pricing was very fair. I told him he was a godsend. If it wasn't for Pete, who knows how this would have gone.
