Horrible place to live. Loud neighbors. Poor managment, and lots lots and lots of cockroaches. We have sprayed religously and they just keep coming. Do yourself a favor and skip it

I have lived in Coral Gardens for a few months and I love it ! The location its great and they have the best manager Adriana. She really cares about her residents and always goes above and beyond. She is an easy person to talk to and she makes living in this community great ! I love to go to the office and get to talk to her because she is always smiling and willing to help us. I will say I do recommend the property because of the great customer service.

Adriana the office manager does not follow through with items that need to be fixed throughout apartment. She is incapable of the position. There are roaches here. Save your time and money. The company wont give security deposit back. They are unprofessional. The whole company and building need to be thrown away along with the roaches.

New management gets angry at you when they see your pet on their grass (like where else are they supposed to use the bathroom). Otherwise nice place to rent, neighbors keep to themselves (walls are pretty thin so keep private conversations quiet), rooms are getting a full renovation and new landscaping is being done. Maintenence guy is usually available with a couple days to help with anything you need. Theres a Food Source, smoke shop, subway, bank of america, and Baskin Robins within walking distance in the shopping center next to it. There is a BART track next to the complexes but youll get used to it in no time. Laundry room washes and drying could be cheaper but its not a big deal. Allowed to have two dogs of any size if they are emotional support animals.

This review is strictly about the community director She is very unprofessional, rude and looks like she hates her job. When I came to the office she yelled at me stating STAY SIX FEET AWAY making me feel like a buffoon when she cant even speak English correctly, my emergency maintenance request hasnt been answered yet after a week and a half. Are you serious does she know how to do her job?! I really hope Adriana learns how to treat people next time!
