Very poor customer experience. I purchased a full set of kitchen appliances last August and still missing the fridge. While I understand delays due to supply chains, the sales representative never calls to follow up to let us know there are delays, when we call he doesnt follow up, spoke with the manager several times and they said they will help but nothing.
Wish I would have ordered from a smaller place which would have been honest with me about the timeline and would actually help us.

Bought a Whirlpool washer and it had a malfunction Airport appliances took care of me and replaced my washing machine with a brand new out the box I am so happy they took care of me!
