Alcohol Detection Systems Ignition Interlock

Worst company I have ever dealt with. This is my first review I’ve ever written but after going through what I did I just can’t let anyone else make the same mistake. This place is a SCAM. At first I thought the price was good for my interlock device but their equipment is faulty and barely works! You have to pay $45 every time THEIR breathalyzer doesn’t work. And I’v paid SEVEN times! You can try to argue that you shouldn’t be paying for something that’s not your fault but they won’t do anything about it because by law you need it in your car if you want to drive. The first time they tried to blame the failed test on something I ate or drank like a piece of gum or energy drink but they STILL made me pay $45. The breathalyzer is supposed to be checking for alcohol not an energy drink. I still have one month to go and I’ve decided to just not drive my car completely until then. Please save yourself some time and money and just choose a different interlock device company.
