What a store! Firstly, being a Verizon customer for about 5 years I have had my ups and downs. I travel to Greenville for work so when I came into the Verizon store in the mall I didn't know what to expect. Almost immediately, I was greeted with friendly faces and a welcoming introduction by more than one rep. Katelyn was happy to assist me. My issue with my phone was my bill and after she helped me with it, she even offered to help me with any other issues, even if I'm not in Greenville. A minor problem that was fixed quickly that in-turn, is on of many reasons I stay with Verizon. Thanks again Katelyn and Verizon!!!

This is a great place! Eduardo solved my Mac problem. Service was very friendly, reasonably priced, quick. Eduardo is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Carl is laid back and amiable which is nice when you're stressed about your laptop crashing.
