If I could give them 10 stars I would! Our dogs were recently skunked and ran onto our couch and area rugs before we realized. We were going so crazy from the smell I desperately started calling carpet cleaning companies for help. I came across Stay Cleaned Up and decided to book with them because they were the first company to confidently say they could help fix our problem. They squeezed us in that morning for a quote and we're able to squeeze us in the next day as their last client because they really wanted to help us! I am beyond impressed with their customer service and overall care and kindness! Their work is also exceptional the smell is gone and the house feels so fresh. Davonne was the absolute best, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Overall great experience working with this company and will be using them for future services as well as recommending them to all my friends/family!

After getting my carpet cleaned I was really disappointed with the result. I sent a text message with my feedback to the owner on the number listed on yelp business page. Unfortunately, this is a land line and the message did not reach the management. After 2 weeks, I posted my review on yelp. Within a few hours, I got a call from the owner(micheal) to whom I explained the situation in detail. Micheal agreed to send someone once again to get my carpet cleaned.Davonne came in yesterday and did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpet. I did check multiple times and I was not able to find any dust /dirt on the entire floor. Carpet looks so fresh, bright and clean.This really shows professionalism and business cares about their customers. Kudos to that.
