        There are many issues with Xcapade's Lost Kingdom. The worst experience was with the staff. It was difficult to get help. I had to walk back out to the front to get someone to help. They didn't respond to the walkies. The staff was having a party and we heard them through the walls while we were trying to solve our puzzles. It was very distracting. The place is run down and not very clean. There was no sanitizer for customers to use.
