I got very bad experience with my personal training sessions. The personal training director wasted so much of my time when I wanted to cancel my program bcoz of the health reasons. I got a letter from my doc. He initially said I'll cancel it for you and he never did bcoz they can't considering the contract. He just lied and Later after wasting my 1 month time which i got charged fully....he said you have to buy out the programme. He was very rude and never apologized. Just money minded people. Don't care about anybody.

Clean, large, and very nice facility. In addition to weights, they have basketball, swimming, spin and more. Would likely if I lived near here.

Outdated and very few equipments compared to Fremont location. Seeing same equipment for past 10 years plus

Been a member since shortly after it opened in Union City. The place has gone downhill as of the review in 2024-04. The elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc. were old when they opened (the phone connections on the machines are for iPhone 4s or 5s); the covers of the weight benches are crappy, worn, and torn; the carpets are worn down with tape applied to them; and I could go on The people working there are friendly and helpful. Although, the carpets and floor need attention from the cleaners. There is generally enough equipment, but you may need to wait for a bench, weight machine, or space to do your routine. They offer spin classes and aerobic classes as well as having trainers with whom you can work with. Overall, an okay place to work out, and spending a few thousand dollars on maintenance would benefit the look and feel of the place.
