      image Was here for 3 days to visit family, myself and my husband. After having the breakfast the morning prior we both had stomach aches and were using the restroom frequently. The toilet clogged at 10 pm that night and when we went down to obtain a plunger we were told that we would have to wait until 9am until housekeeping arrive. Finally we I gained a plunger at 12:30 the next day.. bad customer service. Our restroom was stinky and unusable for hours and hours unacceptable...

      image Exorbitant pet fees for 2 kenneled dogs. $50 per pet per night. Was promised a fee waiver, but charged anyway, for a second night's stay (5-days apart).
