    you set up my loan through Santander consumer USA. This company has the worst customer rating I have ever seen. It has been sued and punished by the Federal FTC. Why would Misubishi do bussiness with a company like this.

    I greatly appreciate the customer service and hospitality that Mona gave me today. Mona was so welcoming and a great warm and sweet spirit with a smile 110 percent customer service and I will definitely continue to get my car serviced here and refer others to do so as well.

    Horrible! I've been in the car business for over 30 years and this place is hands down the worst. Noone calls back, noone updates on vehicle. Ive never dealt with a service department that doesnt answer phones. Was promised a loaner Vehicle, and they've had it for over 5 days and still have not received anything. Terrible and if I had a choice I'd take my car elswhere but this is where it had to be serviced.

    Really bad costumer , we bought a car few days ago & never received the any paper work . We called & txted Marvel so we can get some information of the car that is now been on our driveway non drivable since we dont have any access to the car , So we are basically carless for now 2 days . We also tried talking to the manger & no answer , left voicemails , emails & still no answer . Really disappointed with the service from this dealership 0 stars .

Mr. Wallace, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunaley, we do not control which Captive fiannce the OEM chooses to use. Please rest assued that the Santander division that handles Mitsubishi accounts, is different than the Santander Consumer Division
