        I ordered 2 large wardrobe boxes and selected the same delivery options (an extra $52) and one week later, I still have not received my boxes. You should not be charging that exorbitant amount of money if you cannot even deliver your products in a week, let one "same day", especially since I live in the area...

        Vanessa does not call back for a day and sometimes not at all. They told me what I wanted to hear and did what they wanted or what was convenient to them. I will never use them again. FYI, their driver , Lola was excellent. She was efficient and knew what she was doing. Don't say I didn't warn you.
