Complete lack of professionalism. Company rep hung up on me after arguing with me- "Do you want us to send someone out today or not? Call your home warranty and ask them to send someone else." Takes the company 2+ days to return a call (when their voicemail isn't full) and then argues that they never received information from the home warranty company. This has happened twice over the past 2 months. Not worth the waste of time. Literally find anyone else. Try some guy outside Home Depot.

They never pick up and never return any phone calls, be prepared to never getting a fix to your plumbing issues.

Bay Plumbing & Rooter is the epitome of everything awful in a business. I have leak in my home, and my home warranty company — First America Home Warranty, shafted me by assigning Bay Plumbing & Rooter to my case. After the company was assigned to my case, I tried day after day to get in contact with them to schedule a time for them to come over to my home to inspect the leak. For days on end, I was unable to get in contact with them, despite leaving several voicemails throughout the day. About a week later, the stars in the universe aligned and I was finally able to get in contact with another human on the other side! 🤯 As I explained the leak to the plumber, it became immediately clear that the plumber had no interest in visiting my home to even inspect the issue: excuse after excuse, the person on the line clearly wanted to hang up as soon as possible. Personally, I suspect it's because servicing warranty claims results in being paid less money than working on other cases. I would rather live the rest of my life with a leaky home than to attempt to work with Bay Plumbing & Rooter again. Truly only of the worst business interactions I've had in my life. We are completely satisfied with the service we received from Bayz Plumbing. When our new washer arrived, the installer couldn't do the remove old/hook-up new because our washer's faucets and pipes were rusted and frozen in place. I called Bayz and Ben (owner) returned my call in less than 10 minutes. He scheduled an appointment for the next day, called me when he was on the way, and arrived promptly. He clearly explained all the work to be done, answered all our questions, and provided a clear written estimate of the job. We were so impressed we asked if he could look at a different plumbing job (for another time). Ben said "No problem, I'll do it now"! We needed our old garbage disposal removed and see if repairs could be done for the multiple on-and-off leaks under our kitchen sink. Ben put covers on his shoes, came into the kitchen, checked it all out, and gave us another detailed estimate. We hired him for both jobs on the spot! Everything was completed quickly and smoothly, and both areas were spotless when Ben was done. As a matter of fact, we ended up on hold with the washer delivery people (to reschedule the install) longer than it actually took Ben to FIX those faucets!
