Clean building and nice apartments. Staff is helpful. Paul in particular is extremely helpful and really went out of his way to help my fiance and I with our move.

I lived here for 6 months and theyâ€™re charging for new paint and cleaning upon move out. The place was spotless when I moved out and legally they cannot charge for paint (not that there was anything to paint), as it falls under normal wear and tear of an apartment. They did a pre move out walk through and we were told there was nothing that they could charge us for. Terrible management.

They have an employee Ariel there the first few months of us living there were charging over charging us $200 extra. When we approached her about it she was super nervous and gave us Money back out of her personal account. He name is Ariel. Unfortunately the Black Girl Had to scam the few Black people in Building. Tall Bald Girl with Bad Hygiene.
