Dont expect service or quality. Flowers were sent to my moms funeral Monday. I have never seen such awful arrangement. I saw the picture of the arrangement on their website. It looks nothing like it. It should be full of roses and other flowers and the one received only had 7 roses and one other flower. Im trying to get ahold of them. Called both of their numbers, no answer and no voicemail set up. I guess they really dont value their customers. Be aware. Keep your money.

Ordered through Avas flowers for my mom. It did nothing but make my mom sad because the flowers were wilted, broken, and were left outside of her gate in the sun. Same story as everyone else - no answer on the phone, no opportunity to leave a message. At least Avas has been responsive in setting it right, and I am grateful for that. I recommended to them that they reconsider using this provider, based upon the reviews I see here.

My boyfriend sent me flowers a teddy bear and a card for Valentines Day. I received my flowers after midnight and my teddy bear and card was not left with my flowers! Im so angry and hurt. Worst service!!! Shame on you Floreria Mexico. It was my birthday as well as Valentines Day.

Ordered at 3:00 a.m. Friday said and paid for early before noon same day delivery. Didn't show up. Got a call on Saturday and gave alternative address and said would be delivered on Sat. Didn't happen either.

Received these for Valentines Day today, honestly the flowers are not fresh. They were dried out on certain parts of the roses. Not worth the price my man paid for.
