image Had a water filter installed fairly quickly and water doesnt smell anymore. The service was good but workers need to communicate with client on the contract better. Content with work so far.

image I cant give enough accolades for the service and support Sales rep Norma and her installation team provided for Hague water max and reverse osmosis systems. Norma came to my home and quickly provided options. She noticed a neighbor had the same system, and she immediately identified a problem that a previous installer had failed to correct on his system. She immediately corrected the problem and my neighbor is very pleased. The installation of my system went smoothly and I am enjoying much softer and better tasting water.

image I am so pleased with the service that SoCal Water Solutions has provided. The technicians have been helpful, knowledgeable and courteous about teaching my family and I. Between filtering, water pressure and distribution the technicians extend their patience and expertise to make us aware of water ethics. A water system in the home is an important essential that is commonly missed. SoCal Water Solution gave me insight on the pros and the cons on their system. Having their system is a privilege I will not take for granted. Living on the outskirts of El Centro, a water system is necessary for people who use canal water. I am glad we made the decision to choose SoCal Water Solutions.

image I started researching water filtration systems last year and I have found SoCal Water Solutions to be all that I could have wanted. Norma Lara Leep the owner of the company was great from start to finish. She was there for the initial (free!) inspection and provided a clear and complete explanation of the issues with my well water. After chemical analysis she designed a system to solve my particular problems. Brianne Recendez, in the front office, was great answering questions I had along the way. And Brian the technician who installed the system was prompt, professional and expert at his work. I went from having water I was not able to brush my teeth with to water that tastes great. I would recommend this company unconditionally!

image Unfortunately I am not happy with my Hague water system at all. The system extremely affected my water pressure. It lowered the pressure quite significantly. 2 showers cant run at once, it trickles now. My kitchen sink will only allow one water flow option. The system has a manual bypass switch option and each time we run the front sprinkler we have to bypass the system to have any pressure. I also am not very happy with the customer service Ramon Sablan/ Ray provided. After his presentation, the $6,000 cost resulted in us having to think about it. Ray begin calling pretty frequently to push our decision. These daily calls build a relationship with the company and you begun to trust their customer service. We didnt want to finance and needed a little more time to come up with a portion of the amount. His initial visit stated that it was one year no interest. The following calls he offered a longer period no interest if we opted with it. We finally opted to go with Hague and install the system. Initially for the first month it was great however later on we began to have some issues with the harshness returning and thats when you notice the follow up was strictly for sales. Also, the drain they installed kept flooding our porch. The flow wasnt direct into the pipe so it kept overflowing several times a day. It was difficult to get anyone to come out and fix it. Ray tested the water and the results showed the same as when we were strictly canal- harsh water. So Ray stated we would need to call in to schedule a technician to fix it. The excuses were our technicians are very busy , this was a complete different response to when they wanted us to purchase and the technician could be out installing the very next day. We got the run around with call this number/ this person / you call me. Their whole demeanor changed when it came to follow up with issues vs. purchase our product. When you pay over $6,000 for a system you very well expect it to work and if not, to have someone assisting in making that happen, after all its daily water use. It was disappointing and felt as though after you buy, you no longer are a priority. Unfortunately we wanted to trust them. We didnt only have a problem with the system not working, but noticed interest charges on our bill. When we contacted Ray, he stated there was no period of no interest and his direct response was didnt you look at your paper work? He was completely right, we shouldnt have trusted his word and sales pitch and we should have read the fine print. Buyers beware, stay clear and save yourself the hassle and headache. This is not a honest man or reliable company.
We encountered Ramon Sablan for install the 8 months before it was resolved - unacceptable
