Very noisy place, cars and trucks driving back and forth all night long. People out roaming the park, I was awoken at least 8 times just last night. Heard someone running, where is security? Drug dealing going on 24/7 especially around the first of the month. There was also a home invasion last week. Changing the gate codes is not going to stop this , we need better 24/7 security!!!

Most of these homes are old and not too well built. Hard to stay warm in the winter and hard to stay cool in the summer. The power bills are outrageous! Some with bills of thousands of dollars a month . You can't do anything without HOA approval, and owning the land just means you pay for outside repairs . Dogs constantly barking and animal control will not do anything about it. People letting their dogs run loose all the time, one man was attacked the other day in his wheelchair by a dog running around loose. Then their is the theft rate, if you don't have a garage look out. They steal gas, catalytic converters and anything else left outside . Getting constantly woke up in the night by loud cars, trucks, motorcycles, people driving through at 3am with loud music and lets not forget the double homicide that just occurred there last month. I would also like to mention that the amenities such as the pool ect. not worth the hassle, I have found nasty things floating in the pool year before last to make me never go in it again . My three kids and I did not feel safe there and I wish someone would have given a truthful review of the place before we moved there. Oh and one more thing, just this morning a truck was stolen from a resident there I was told. It never ends!

Where to start, the association dues are constantly being raised. There are a number of "riff raff" 's living here and so the theft rate is high. It is posted by the front gate to be vigilant because catalac converters are being stolen from residents cars. Many more issues but not enough room to list them all. I would not live there again.
