BEST realtor hands down!!! I have worked with Kimm two times and both times have been the best real estate experiences.....which anyone who has ever purchased a home can agree is a very stressful transaction. Kimm is so knowledgeable when it comes to real estate, that she really does make the whole process easier. She loves what she does and it shows! You won't find a better realtor than Kimm Bullard! She was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, and stayed on top of the seller and our mortgage company to ensure that we weren't homeless! She is amazing and will not let you down; do yourself a huge favor and hire Kimm!!!

Kimm Bullard with PMZ Real Estate is by far my favorite agent I’ve ever worked with! She is very professional and gets the job done but still makes the whole process fun and exciting. Kimm assisted with the sale of our old house contingent on us closing on our new home to make sure we weren’t ever “homeless.” 😉 Kimm really knows the market well and helped us list our home to be both competitive yet not over priced. We accepted an offer just under the asking price within a week! Kimm coordinated the whole process flawlessly and kept my mind at ease through closing on both properties.
